Associate Producer

NEXT/NOW is an experiential agency focused on designing and building immersive, technology-driven environments—from executive briefing centers (EBCs) to immersive activations and large-scale branded spaces.

We partner with leading brands to create environments that don’t just capture attention—they hold it. These are spaces that live beyond a moment. Spaces that are built, not just activated.

The Role

We’re looking for an Associate Producer who is excited by the intersection of space, story, and technology—and who wants to help bring complex, real-world environments to life.

This role is deeply embedded in the day-to-day rhythm of projects. You’ll work alongside Senior Producers to help manage the moving parts of large-scale spatial builds and brand activations—supporting everything from early coordination through fabrication and final installation. .

What You’ll Do
  • Support projects from kickoff through installation and closeout
  • Help keep complex builds organized, on track, and moving forward
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • Coordinate across internal teams (design, technology, strategy) and external partners (fabricators, vendors, installers)
  • Assist with vendor communication, scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Maintain clear, accurate project documentation and status updates
  • Support budget tracking and production logistics
  • Be a detail-obsessed partner—ensuring nothing slips and everything connects

What You Bring
  • 1–4 years of experience in experiential production, exhibits, trade shows, or built environments
  • Strong organizational instincts and comfort managing multiple moving pieces
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-phase projects
  • Clear, proactive communication skills
  • A genuine interest in how physical environments come together—from concept through construction

Nice to Have
  • Exposure to executive briefing centers, museums, or branded environments
  • Experience working with fabricators, vendors, or construction teams
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Teamwork, Asana, etc.)
  • Curiosity about emerging technology and how it shapes physical space

Why This Role Matters

The Associate Producer is the connective tissue of our built environment work.
You help translate vision into reality—ensuring that ideas don’t just stay on paper, but show up in the world exactly as intended.

If you’re someone who finds energy in structure, takes pride in details, and wants to be part of building ambitious, technology-infused spaces—this is your role.
