The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Producer to lead the delivery of complex, permanent experiential environments—owning projects from early concept through final installation.
This is a leadership role at the center of our most ambitious work. You’ll be responsible for translating creative vision into fully realized environments—aligning design, technology, and physical build into cohesive, high-impact spaces.
You won’t just manage projects—you’ll drive them forward, bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to every phase.
This is not event production.
This is about building environments that last.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of experiential environments—from kickoff through installation and closeout
- Own large-scale, multi-phase projects spanning design, production, fabrication, and build
- Drive timelines, budgets, and execution across multiple parallel workstreams
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, technology, and production
- Partner closely with architects, fabricators, and AV integrators to bring environments to life
- Ensure alignment between spatial design, technology integration, and physical execution
- Lead client-facing conversations, presentations, and stakeholder alignment with confidence
- Anticipate risks early and proactively solve for challenges across scope, schedule, and budget
What You Bring
- 8–12+ years of experience in experiential production, built environments, or related fields
- Proven track record delivering permanent experiential environments—not just temporary activations
- Deep experience with EBCs, experience centers, museums, or themed environments
- Ability to lead complex, multi-phase projects from concept through installation
- Strong understanding of spatial storytelling, visitor flow, and how people move through environments
- Experience collaborating with architects, fabricators, and AV/technology partners
- Confidence leading clients and aligning diverse stakeholders toward a shared vision
- Experience delivering projects that combine physical build, fabrication, and integrated technology
