We’re seeking a Visual Designer with a sharp eye for typography, color, and composition—someone who thrives at bringing digital experiences to life across screens of all sizes. You’re equal parts visual craftsperson and digital problem-solver, with the ability to make complex ideas feel intuitive, polished, and beautiful.

What You’ll Do

Design Across Digital Touchpoints: Create cohesive, visually compelling interfaces for digital screens, interactive kiosks, websites, and immersive environments.

Embrace Innovation: Curiosity for emerging technologies, experiential trends, and new ways to break creative ground.

Collaborate in a Multidisciplinary Team: Partner closely with creative directors, UX designers, motion designers, and developers to translate concepts into refined digital output.

Create Systems, Not Just Screens: Use Figma to build stunning interactive design systems, component libraries, and scalable visual frameworks that enhance consistency across platforms.

Immersive Concept Development: Art direct and conceptualize narratively driven, immersive digital experiences in space.

Aesthetic Visual Development: Create and refine exciting visual assets, styleframes, and graphic elements used throughout our immersive digital experiences.

Prototype Motion & Transitions: Build basic animation prototypes and visual transitions in After Effects to communicate motion intent and interaction flow.

Build Dynamic Presentations: Develop visually striking proposal and presentation decks in Google Slides and Keynote, translating complex ideas into clear, persuasive visual stories.

What We’re Looking For

Experienced Visual Designer

3+ years of professional visual, UI, or digital design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful layout, digital craft, and system thinking.

Exceptional Eye for Design

Mastery of layout composition, typography hierarchy, color systems, and visual balance across digital mediums.

Technical Proficiency

• Expert: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, and Keynote

• Proficient: Basic After Effects for motion prototypes

• Bonus: Blender or Cinema 4D

Digital Experience

Experience designing for digital interfaces, interactive exhibits, screen-based installations, or websites.

Collaborative Mindset

You work well across creative and technical teams, translating feedback into meaningful visual improvements.
