America’s favorite little girl turns 100 in 2014 and to celebrate, Morton Salt wanted to capture the moment. A photo activation allowed users to become the iconic Morton Salt Girl, step into a montage of vintage ads or frame themselves in the special 100 year mosaic logo. Users became models as they were donned with the iconic umbrella and personified the Morton Salt Girl. The photo was taken, printed as a souvenir and emailed for sharing across social media platforms and with friends and family. This experience allowed participants to not only interact with the brand, but to actually become a part of it.
