At Salesforce Connections and Snowflake Summit, Acxiom partnered with Next/Now to create a small-footprint, high-impact experience that demonstrated the power of smart data. Designed to fit a 20x20 footprint and reconfigure for future events, the experience brought Acxiom’s brand promise to life through personalization, interaction, and visual storytelling.

Every attendee became an archetype

Visitors started by answering a short quiz at one of three kiosks, generating a personalized data-driven archetype. Seven personas were created to reflect real-world roles and challenges, like the Audience Alchemist, focused on precision targeting, or the Insight Seeker, driven by clarity through complexity. Each archetype appeared in real time above the booth, as part of a living digital visualization. As new personas were created, they leapt from the kiosks to a large LED screen, pushing aside previous archetypes to take center stage. At featured moments, the screen performed a full-group visualization, showcasing all attendees segmented by archetype to highlight event-wide trends and engagement.

Making the case for smarter data

A motion-driven brand anthem acted as a visual headline for the booth, drawing visitors in with a bold, clear message: it’s not about more data—it’s about better data. Animated scenes introduced the archetypes and demonstrated Acxiom’s ability to turn complex information into actionable insights.

Interactive, scalable, and mobile-friendly

Three kiosks served as the entry point into the experience, guiding users through the archetype quiz. Real-time data visualizations showed the number of each persona present at the event. The experience was also mobile-optimized, allowing visitors to participate from their phones, extending engagement beyond the footprint and into the crowd.

Pins, pages, and personalized follow-up

At the end of their journey, attendees received a custom enamel pin representing their archetype, a tactile keepsake that sparked conversation and carried the brand into the wider event space. Participants also received a personalized, animated webpage via text message, linking their persona to Acxiom’s solutions and extending the experience well beyond the show floor.

The experience drove measurable engagement, generated high-quality leads, and strengthened brand awareness through memorable, shareable interactions. With more events already in discussion, this modular footprint is set to evolve, just like the data it celebrates.
