Campaign Claw transformed audience building into a fast-paced arcade experience. Designed for Acxiom, the activation challenged attendees to collect the right audience mix, avoid bad data, and create campaign-ready audiences through a giant digital claw machine brought to life on a large LED wall.
Award-Winning Engagement
Campaign Claw debuted at Snowflake Summit before expanding to Salesforce Connections. The experience earned Snowflake’s Best Gamified Experience award, helping Acxiom stand out with an activation that turned a complex marketing solution into an engaging, hands-on experience.
Built for Competition
The experience centered around a custom arcade kiosk featuring color-coordinated joysticks, action buttons, touchscreens, and a fully branded graphic wrap. Positioned in front of a massive LED wall and ball pit, the station gave attendees direct control of the digital claw as they worked to complete campaign objectives.
Designed for Repeat Play
Every action contributed to a live score that measured audience quality and campaign completion. At the end of each round, Scoop, the Campaign Claw’s robot mascot, returned to reveal results and leaderboard standings, encouraging attendees to come back throughout the event to improve their ranking and compete for the top spot.
Beyond the Game
The experience extended beyond gameplay with branded coffee sleeves, lounge spaces for conversations, collectible Scoop plush toys, and personalized follow-up results delivered directly to participants’ phones. These touchpoints helped extend engagement while reinforcing Acxiom’s audience intelligence and identity resolution story beyond the booth itself.
